STEP 02
Complete your details and pay
Enter your contact, vehicle and flight details, then pay the full balance securely with SumUp. Your booking is confirmed when payment is completed. If your departure is within 24 hours, call 0117 2449469 before booking.
STEP 03
Read your meeting instructions
Check the confirmed meeting point, contact number and instructions. Save them somewhere you can reach without searching through old messages at the airport.
STEP 04
Call before arriving
Follow the contact instructions supplied with your booking and give an accurate arrival estimate. If traffic changes your plans, update the team as soon as it is safe to do so.
STEP 05
Complete the vehicle handover
Meet the expected representative at the agreed Bristol Airport point. Remove valuables and travel documents, check that you have everything needed for the flight and confirm how collection will work.
STEP 06
Follow the return instructions

If your plans change
Flights and road journeys do not always run to schedule. Contact the team promptly if your airport arrival time, return flight, travel dates or vehicle changes. Supplying the correct return flight number is especially important because an outbound number or booking reference does not show when you are due back.
Running late by road
Update the team with a realistic arrival time. Do not use a handheld phone while driving.
Return flight delayed
Follow the booking contact instructions and keep your phone available after landing.
Flight changed
Provide the replacement flight number, origin and expected landing time rather than relying on the original details.
Dates changed
Confirm availability and the revised price. A changed flight booking does not automatically change the parking booking.

Use only the agreed meeting point and follow current airport signs. Do not stop or wait on restricted airport roads.
