Confirming a booking

Check your dates, complete the online booking form and pay the full amount securely with SumUp. Your booking is confirmed when payment is completed. If your departure is within 24 hours, call 0117 2449469 before booking so we can confirm that we can take your car.

Availability and refunds

Online bookings remain subject to availability. If we are unable to accept a paid booking, Platinum Parking will contact you and refund the payment.

Prices

Website prices are shown in pounds sterling and are based on the stated length-of-stay bands. The price shown before payment is the full parking balance, excluding the £8.50 airport exit fee that you pay when collecting your vehicle.

Travel and vehicle information

Customers are responsible for supplying accurate dates, times, flight details, contact information and vehicle details. Please tell us promptly if anything changes.

Meeting instructions

Follow the meeting and contact instructions supplied with your confirmed booking. Airport access arrangements can change, so do not rely on an assumed location or instructions from an unrelated provider.
